TRUE CRIME DOUBLE BILL

Cinemavixion Review

This compilation presents two compelling true crime narratives, offering a dual dive into the darker aspects of human endeavor. "Held for Ransom" plunges viewers into the tense aftermath of a kidnapping, where the stakes escalate with a fatal FBI intervention. The film promises an intricate unraveling of the mystery, guided by the sharp minds of top FBI agents and forensic experts, inviting audiences to piece together the clues alongside them. Complementing this is "Price of Greed," which revisits the infamous 1997 Dunbar Armored robbery in Los Angeles, a heist that etched itself into American history as the largest cash theft. The documentary-style approach aims to dissect the intricate planning and execution of this audacious crime, again leveraging the investigative prowess of the FBI and forensic science. Both segments appear designed to satisfy a curiosity for real-life crime, emphasizing the meticulous processes of law enforcement and scientific deduction in solving complex cases.
