In "Trinity in Eldorado" (1972), director Diego Spataro crafts a tale of ambition and betrayal set against the backdrop of the American West. The film follows the exploits of con artists Jonathan Duke (Stelvio Rosi) and Sebastian Carter (Gordon Mitchell), who, after a string of failed schemes, set their sights on a more ambitious target: the wealthy and eccentric general, Eldorado. To achieve their goal, they enlist the help of the notorious Ringo Jones and his gang, and also form an uneasy alliance with Eldorado's niece, Juanita, promising her a share of the spoils.
