TRICK OR CHEAT

Cinemavixion Review

This film chronicles the plight of a group of unmotivated high school students facing academic probation. Their principal issues an ultimatum: achieve top marks on their exams, or their highly anticipated graduation musical performance will be scrapped. Tasked with the daunting challenge of tutoring their struggling peers are top students Xue Junhui (William Chan) and Tang Suling (G.E.M.). As the crucial college entrance exams loom, the pressure mounts, forcing Xue Junhui and Tang Suling to consider the ethically dubious path of cheating. Simultaneously, the students pour their energy into rehearsing a spectacular musical dance drama, determined to create lasting memories regardless of their academic fate.
