TRAVEL MAN - MARRAKECH

Cinemavixion Review

Richard Ayoade, joined by actor Stephen Mangan, navigates the vibrant chaos of Marrakech in a brisk 48-hour adventure. This installment of 'Travel Man' plunges viewers into the heart of Moroccan culture, eschewing tourist traps for authentic, and at times challenging, experiences. Mangan's willingness to step outside his comfort zone is palpable as they sample adventurous local delicacies – including the daring choice of brain and eyeballs – a true test of culinary bravery. The journey culminates with a memorable camel ride across the dramatic Sahara Desert, offering a stark contrast to the bustling cityscapes. Ayoade's signature dry wit and keen observational humor provide a delightful commentary, making this a compelling exploration of a city that awakens the senses.
