TRAUMA THERAPY

Cinemavixion Review

This psychological thriller plunges viewers into the unsettling world of a remote self-help retreat, where a charismatic guru guides a group of troubled individuals through a confronting journey of self-discovery. "Trauma Therapy" masterfully crafts an atmosphere of escalating tension as the attendees, portrayed by a compelling cast including Tom Malloy and Brian Krause, grapple with their deepest traumas. Director Tyler Graham Pavey skillfully builds suspense, blurring the lines between therapeutic intervention and psychological manipulation. As the seminar intensifies with increasingly unorthodox methods, the characters' quest for healing transforms into a desperate struggle for survival, questioning the true motives behind the guru's extreme approach. The film is a thought-provoking exploration of vulnerability and the perilous path to redemption.
