TRANSHUMAN

Cinemavixion Review

"Transhuman" plunges viewers into a chilling narrative that traces a young journalist's descent into the dark heart of a transhumanist cult. The film ambitiously spans generations, weaving a disturbing connection back to Nazi Germany, a bold narrative choice that underscores the cyclical nature of extreme ideologies. The performances, particularly from Marc Bannerman and Steven Berkoff, lend gravitas to the unsettling themes of identity and control. While the film's IMDb rating suggests a niche appeal, its exploration of dangerous fringe movements and their historical echoes offers a thought-provoking, albeit grim, cinematic experience. Director Nicholas Winter crafts a disturbing journey that lingers long after the credits roll, urging a critical examination of humanity's future and its past.
