TRACE

Cinemavixion Review

This chilling tale, "Trace," plunges viewers into a nightmarish scenario born from innocent curiosity. The film masterfully builds tension as a group of friends, seeking supernatural thrills at a party, inadvertently breach a barrier to a malevolent realm. What begins as a playful dabble in spirit recordings quickly escalates into a desperate fight for survival against encroaching demonic forces. Echoing the atmospheric dread of "The Evil Dead" and the unsettling found-footage feel of "Paranormal Activity," "Trace" offers a compelling blend of youthful camaraderie and escalating horror. The narrative skillfully navigates the descent from lighthearted experimentation to a sinister confrontation, making for a suspenseful and engaging watch that explores the perilous consequences of meddling with the unknown.
