TOM & ELOISE

Cinemavixion Review

Tom & Eloise presents a charmingly familiar romantic premise: two individuals with a contentious beginning find themselves unexpectedly drawn to each other. The narrative hinges on a chance encounter in a stuck elevator, a scenario ripe for witty banter and burgeoning chemistry, which then blossoms over five years. The film's core conflict emerges with their eventual breakup and Eloise's impending departure to France, setting up a ticking-clock scenario for Tom to reclaim their relationship. This setup promises a blend of heartfelt moments and perhaps a touch of comedic urgency as Tom races against time. The premise suggests a focus on the complexities of modern romance, the unexpected paths love can take, and the courage it takes to fight for a connection, even when faced with impending separation.
