THIS MAN ESCAPED PRISON TWICE FOR ONE WOMAN

Cinemavixion Review

This gripping documentary plunges into the obsessive depths of Mario Senobi's quest for revenge and reunion. The narrative unfolds with the intensity of a thriller, detailing Senobi's audacious double escape from prison, driven by an unwavering, albeit destructive, fixation on his ex-wife, Cheryl. The story highlights the lengths to which obsession can drive an individual, from orchestrating elaborate escapes to committing violent acts, including the murder of a police officer during his flight. The involvement of a "lovesick prison guard" in his second escape adds a layer of complex human frailty to the tale. Senobi's relentless pursuit, fueled by a desire to return to his family, makes for a compelling, albeit dark, exploration of love, obsession, and the consequences of extreme actions. The doc effectively captures the tension of the FBI manhunt and the underlying emotional turmoil driving Senobi's actions.
