THE WORLD'S MOST OVERWEIGHT DACHSHUND | FAT PETS

Cinemavixion Review

This documentary delves into the concerning trend of pet obesity in the UK, using the viral sensation of an 'overweight dachshund' as a central case study. The narrative questions the nature of affection, exploring how a nation of animal lovers might inadvertently contribute to the health crises faced by their beloved companions. By broadening the scope to include "gargantuan cats" and "seriously big bunnies," the film paints a comprehensive picture of a societal issue rooted in overindulgence. It prompts viewers to reflect on their own relationships with their pets, challenging the notion that constant treats equate to true care. The documentary serves as a gentle yet firm reminder of the responsibilities that come with pet ownership, advocating for a healthier approach to animal well-being.
