THE WELSH "WILDMAN" WHO TERRORIZED A COASTAL TOWN

Cinemavixion Review

This documentary delves into the chilling case of John Cooper, infamously dubbed 'The Wildman,' a figure whose reign of terror left an indelible scar on a Welsh coastal town. The narrative meticulously reconstructs the series of gruesome murders and assaults that led to his quadruple life sentence, bringing to light the media's moniker for these crimes: the "Pembrokeshire Murders" or the "Coastal Murders." The film serves as a stark examination of how a community grapples with the aftermath of such profound violence, exploring the psychological impact and the relentless pursuit of justice. It offers a compelling, albeit grim, look into the dark corners of human nature and the meticulous police work required to bring such a perpetrator to account.
