THE VIOLENT KIND

Cinemavixion Review

This film plunges into the dark psyche of a returning Marine whose homecoming to a remote Montana cabin becomes a descent into madness. As past traumas and present realities intertwine, the narrative explores the psychological toll of war and the fragile bonds of family. The stark setting amplifies the escalating tension, creating a claustrophobic atmosphere where the protagonist's internal struggles manifest in increasingly disturbing ways. It's a grim but compelling examination of a mind unraveling under immense pressure.
