THE VIKING REVENGE

Cinemavixion Review

In "The Viking Revenge," director duo Tyler-James and Ben J. Williams present a tale steeped in medieval drama and desperate quests. The film centers on Bodil, the dying daughter of King Erik, and the desperate race against time initiated by her lover, Rune. Rune embarks on a perilous journey to find a cure, facing opposition and unexpected challenges. Meanwhile, the ambitious Harald attempts to seize Bodil's hand by offering a cure to the desperate king, creating a tense love triangle set against a backdrop of potential political upheaval. While the film's IMDb rating of 3.2 suggests a challenging reception, its narrative promises a blend of action and emotional stakes as Rune navigates treacherous paths, battling adversaries and confronting the surprising consequences of his pursuit. The performances by Hadley Smith, Meg Matthews, and Christabel Clark anchor the story, bringing to life the personal struggles within the larger medieval setting.
