THE VAULT

Cinemavixion Review

While the synopsis promises a thrilling heist with a twist, this particular iteration of 'The Vault' presents a straightforward, albeit energetic, crime narrative. Directed by Ric Moxley, the film centers on a group of mercenaries with a singular objective: to acquire the famed "Star of Nefertiti." The plot thickens with the unexpected presence of a rival jewel thief, setting the stage for a classic cat-and-mouse scenario. The cast, featuring notable names from the martial arts and action circuit, delivers a performance that leans into the genre's demands for physicality and directness. It's a film that appeals to fans of direct action and heist tropes, offering a focused, no-nonsense approach to its central premise, even if it doesn't delve deeply into complex character arcs or intricate plot developments.
