THE TELLING

Cinemavixion Review

"The Telling" offers a chilling descent into the dark rituals of sorority life, weaving together three distinct horror narratives that blur the line between storytelling and reality. As pledges undertake their final, terrifying task, the film explores the primal fear of the unknown and the sinister consequences of shared nightmares. The anthology structure allows for a varied approach to scares, from unsettling supernatural encounters to visceral slasher elements. While the IMDb rating suggests a niche appeal, the film's ambition in exploring themes of initiation, betrayal, and the enduring power of scary stories makes it a compelling watch for fans of the genre. The escalating tension and the unsettling premise promise a suspenseful experience that lingers long after the credits roll.
