Cinemavixion Review

This heartwarming narrative from Sri Lanka centers on Chandani, a spirited young girl with aspirations of becoming a mahout, mirroring her father's profession. In a field largely dominated by men, she embraces the demanding task of caring for an elephant calf. Facing skepticism, Chandani finds a crucial mentor in a ranger named Mohammed, who guides her into the jungle's elephantine world. Their shared endeavor culminates in the rescue of a baby elephant, a pivotal moment that not only boosts Chandani's self-assurance but also deepens the profound connection she shares with her own elephant, Kandula. The story is a touching exploration of courage, mentorship, and the extraordinary bonds that can form between humans and animals.
