THE SNOW LEOPARDS HIDING JUST OUTSIDE OF LONDON | MY SECRET BIG CAT SANCTUARY

Cinemavixion Review

This documentary offers a rare and intimate glimpse into the Cat Survival Trust, a private charity operating discreetly near London. Wildlife filmmaker Adrian Cale guides viewers through a sanctuary that, since 1976, has been a vital refuge for over 240 felines, including majestic Snow Leopards, Lynx, and Jaguars. The dedication of Dr. Terry and his staff is palpable as they provide essential care for cats relinquished by zoos and private owners, prioritizing both their immediate safety and the long-term survival of wild cat populations. The film highlights the crucial conservation efforts undertaken, with a poignant focus on reintroduction programs aimed at releasing animals back into their natural habitats. It's a compelling look at a lesser-known but vital aspect of animal welfare and species preservation.
