THE PROMISE

Cinemavixion Review

This short film, 'The Promise,' presents a poignant narrative centered on Wally, an aging rogue determined to honor a departed friend's final wish: to be buried at sea. The story delves into Wally's unwavering commitment as he navigates and, inevitably, bends various rules to achieve this solemn objective. While the directorial and cast details are not provided, the premise itself suggests a touching exploration of loyalty, friendship, and the lengths one might go to for a promise made in the past. The film's compact nature, indicated by its limited views and likes, might offer a focused and emotionally resonant experience for viewers who appreciate character-driven tales of devotion.
