THE PIT

Cinemavixion Review

This short film, 'The Pit,' offers a stark and unsettling narrative. It delves into the dark psyche of a solitary preteen boy, driven to extreme actions after a disturbing encounter in the woods. The film masterfully builds an atmosphere of isolation and simmering rage, culminating in a chilling act of vengeance against his tormentors. While sparse on details, the premise alone is enough to provoke thought about the consequences of bullying and the capacity for darkness within the young. It's a potent, albeit brief, exploration of a disturbed mind and a compelling, albeit grim, character study.
