THE NAKED ARCHAEOLOGIST: ROME CHRISTIANITY REVEALED

Cinemavixion Review

This documentary embarks on a compelling exploration of Christianity's meteoric rise from a persecuted sect to the dominant Western faith within a mere few centuries. Focusing on the pivotal role of Saint Helena, mother of Emperor Constantine I, the narrative posits that her influence was instrumental in convincing her son to adopt Christianity as the official state religion in the 4th century. The film delves into the historical and social dynamics that facilitated such a dramatic transformation, prompting viewers to reconsider the conventional understanding of this profound religious and cultural shift. It's a thought-provoking examination of faith, power, and the individuals who shape history.
