THE MURDER OF CONSTABLE KEITH BLAKELOCK | THE BROADWATER FARM RIOTS

Cinemavixion Review

This documentary plunges into the tragic events of the Broadwater Farm riots in 1985, focusing on the brutal murder of Constable Keith Blakelock. The film recounts the harrowing details of the attack, during which Blakelock sustained over 40 injuries from a mob of rioters. It highlights the enduring injustice that, despite three investigations and numerous arrests, no one has been brought to justice for his death. The narrative serves as a somber reminder of the complexities and raw violence that erupted on that fateful day, leaving a profound scar on the community and on policing history.
