THE MOLEMAN OF BELMONT AVENUE

Cinemavixion Review

"The Moleman of Belmont Avenue" offers a delightfully quirky premise, following the Mugg Brothers as they inherit an apartment building with a rather unusual, and hungry, tenant in the basement. Directed by the duo Mike Bradecich and John LaFlamboy, who also star in the film, this 2011 horror-comedy leans into its absurd setup with a playful spirit. While the film may not have garnered widespread critical acclaim, it stands as a testament to independent filmmaking, with Bradecich and LaFlamboy bringing their unique vision to life. The plot, which sees the brothers dealing with a monster with an insatiable appetite, promises a blend of scares and laughs, making it an intriguing watch for those who appreciate offbeat genre fare.
