Cinemavixion Review
This documentary delves into the chilling case of Alun Kyte, known as 'The Midland Ripper.' The narrative meticulously reconstructs the timeline of his horrific crimes, beginning with the murder of Samo Paull in December 1993 and followed by the killing of Tracey Turner in March 1994. The episode highlights the stark details of how the victims' bodies were discovered—Paull in a Leicestershire ditch and Turner on a grass verge nearby. It provides context on Kyte's background as a former lorry driver and concludes with his arrest and subsequent life sentence. The presentation aims to offer viewers a comprehensive look at the investigation and the events that led to the apprehension of a serial offender.
