THE MALTESE HOLIDAY

Cinemavixion Review

Candice T. Cain's "The Maltese Holiday" offers a charming, albeit predictable, Yuletide escape to the picturesque island of Malta. The film wisely centers on the developing romance between two travelers, Ashley Brinkman and Cody Calafiore, who find themselves unexpectedly alone during the holidays. Their chemistry is palpable, providing the emotional core that carries the narrative. While the plot treads familiar romantic comedy ground, the stunning Maltese scenery serves as a vibrant backdrop, enhancing the festive atmosphere. Abigail Hawk adds a delightful supporting presence. For viewers seeking a lighthearted, feel-good romance with a scenic setting, "The Maltese Holiday" delivers a sweet and comforting cinematic treat, perfect for a cozy evening.
