THE LION'S SHARE

Cinemavixion Review

Norman Cohen's "The Lion's Share" is a taut, atmospheric thriller that plunges viewers into the murky depths of a personal investigation. Set against the backdrop of Rome and Johannesburg, the film follows Marco Borelli, a suspended police officer whose trauma threatens to derail his career. The narrative gains momentum as Borelli embarks on a quest to uncover the truth behind his father's demise, a journey fraught with peril and unexpected revelations. Tullio Moneta and Venantino Venantini deliver compelling performances, anchoring the film with their intense portrayals. While the external data indicates a modest IMDb rating, the film's strength lies in its compelling mystery and the exploration of its protagonist's inner turmoil, making it a worthy watch for fans of suspenseful drama.
