This documentary delves into the chilling case of Raoul Moat, examining the events that precipitated the largest manhunt in modern British history. It dissects the motivations behind his violent actions against his ex-girlfriend, her new partner, and a police officer. The narrative constructs a compelling, albeit disturbing, portrait of a man pushed to extreme violence, exploring the psychological underpinnings of his rampage and the subsequent intensive search operation. The film offers a stark look at the breakdown of an individual and the profound impact on the community and law enforcement involved.
