We witness the sensitive intervention of psychotherapist Stelios Kiosses, who attempts to guide Doreen towards reclaiming her living space. The narrative also revisits former clients, Alison, whose peculiar fascination with ladybird-themed items reached compulsive levels, and Tina, who found herself unable to part with the remnants of her parents' lives.
