THE HIDDEN WORLD OF BLACK COWBOYS CHANGING YOUNG LIVES

Cinemavixion Review

This documentary offers a compelling glimpse into the transformative power of horsemanship and legacy. "The Hidden World of Black Cowboys Changing Young Lives" introduces us to dedicated individuals at the Cedar Lane Stables who are actively shaping the futures of inner-city youth. Through the discipline and respect inherent in caring for horses, these modern-day wranglers impart valuable life lessons. The film highlights poignant stories, such as that of young Mikey, whose path from delinquency to purpose was steered by his involvement with the stables, and the seasoned wisdom of 90-year-old Ben, a former rodeo champion who once shared the arena with legends like Will Rogers. It's a testament to how the enduring spirit of the West can find vibrant expression and foster positive change even within a challenging urban landscape.
