THE HELICOPTER PRISON BREAK + THE POSTCARD BANDIT

Cinemavixion Review

This compilation presents a grim trio of audacious escapes, each with its own unique brand of daring. The UK segment depicts the nation's first helicopter-assisted prison break, a daring feat that reshaped the landscape of criminal audacity. Simultaneously, the Australian narrative unfolds the peculiar case of the 'Postcard Bandit,' an escapee who taunts authorities with mailed photographs, transforming his fugitive status into a macabre game. Rounding out this collection, the US segment details the grim determination of six murderers who meticulously tunnel their way to freedom. While lacking specific directorial or cast information, the descriptions evoke a sense of suspense and the raw, desperate drive for liberation against formidable odds.
