THE FORGOTTEN ONES

Cinemavixion Review

Jorg Ihle's 2009 thriller, 'The Forgotten Ones,' plunges a group of friends into a primal nightmare after a shipwreck strands them on an uncharted island. What begins as a survival tale quickly devolves into a harrowing battle against a cannibalistic threat, evoking comparisons to 'Predator' and 'Lost.' While the film may not have garnered widespread critical acclaim, with an IMDb rating of 4.1, it offers a tense and action-packed exploration of fear and the savagery that lies beneath civilization. Jewel Staite and Justin Baldoni lead a cast navigating the treacherous jungle and the even more dangerous inhabitants who have long been forgotten by the outside world. For fans of intense survival thrillers, 'The Forgotten Ones' delivers a raw and unforgiving cinematic experience.
