THE FBI FILES - THE FIRST AND KENNEDY STREET CREW

Cinemavixion Review

In the crucible of the early 1990s, Washington, D.C. grappled with an unprecedented surge in gang violence, a grim consequence of the burgeoning drug trade. This documentary, 'The FBI Files - The First And Kennedy Street Crew,' delves into the harrowing reality of that era, a period where the city tragically earned its reputation as the nation's murder capital. The narrative powerfully illustrates how this pervasive violence began to infiltrate and threaten the very fabric of law enforcement itself, culminating in events that struck at the heart of the justice system by 1994. It serves as a stark reminder of a turbulent chapter in urban history and the enduring fight against organized crime.
