THE DOWNFALL OF MYRA HINDLEY: THE VICTIMS AND SURVIVORS OF THE MOORS MURDERS (PART 2)

Cinemavixion Review

This documentary delves into the chilling narrative of Myra Hindley and Ian Brady, the infamous Moors Murderers. It meticulously reconstructs their disturbing relationship, charting the path that led to the horrific murders of five children. The film commendably shifts its focus to the victims, giving voice to their stories and exploring the profound impact of these crimes. Particularly poignant are the accounts of the survivors, such as David Smith, who narrowly escaped the clutches of this brutal duo. By centering the experiences of those affected, the documentary offers a crucial, albeit harrowing, perspective on one of Britain's darkest chapters, emphasizing the human cost of such profound evil.
