THE DARK BELOW: JAWS OF INSANITY

Cinemavixion Review

Stewart Sparke's 'The Dark Below: Jaws of Insanity' plunges viewers into a harrowing psychological thriller. The narrative follows a young scientist whose groundbreaking work inadvertently unleashes a malevolent force, propelling her into a terrifying spiral of madness. Anna Dawson delivers a compelling performance as the protagonist, masterfully portraying the erosion of her sanity under immense pressure. The film excels in its claustrophobic atmosphere and unsettling tone, creating a palpable sense of dread that lingers long after the credits roll. While the visual effects are functional, the true horror lies in the psychological torment depicted. This is a descent into darkness that will captivate fans of intense, character-driven horror.
