THE CREW

Cinemavixion Review

Kate Kaminski's 2012 feature, 'The Crew,' plunges audiences into the chaotic world of a dysfunctional film production. Following an on-set incident that hospitalizes the lead, the disparate crew is compelled into a group therapy session. This unique premise sets the stage for a comedic exploration of interpersonal dynamics under pressure. The film, starring Keith Anctil, Brent Askari, and Shannon Campbell, reportedly clocks in at 81 minutes and garnered a 6.0/10 rating on IMDb. While critical reception and awards are not widely documented, 'The Crew' offers a potentially insightful, albeit comedic, look at the collaborative, and sometimes contentious, nature of filmmaking.
