THE COUNTDOWN OF LOVE

Cinemavixion Review

This charming romantic comedy, 'The Countdown of Love,' presents a whimsical premise: a diligent college student, Xu Keke, tragically succumbs to a heart attack only to be revived by a stranger, Lu Zhen. The revival comes with a peculiar twist – a three-day countdown on her hand, which can only be reset by a second kiss from Lu Zhen. What follows is a delightful pursuit as Xu Keke embarks on a mission to secure this second kiss, all while Lu Zhen grapples with his own mortality, possessing the ability to see the remaining lifespan of others and finding himself with only three months left. The narrative playfully explores the urgency of love and the bittersweet irony of stealing time, even as it potentially shortens his own. It's a premise ripe with potential for both humor and heartfelt moments, inviting viewers to root for Xu Keke's unconventional quest for survival and love.
