THE BLOOD RUNS

Cinemavixion Review

Pablo Fendrik's 'The Blood Runs' plunges viewers into a high-stakes, 24-hour race against time. The narrative centers on Arturo, a cab driver burdened with the desperate need to secure $2000 for his estranged son, Ramiro. The urgency escalates with a call from Ramiro, who has been absent for four years, signaling a crisis that demands immediate attention. The film, featuring a cast that includes Arturo Goetz, Nahuel Pérez Biscayart, and Guillermo Arengo, promises a tense exploration of familial obligation and desperation, set against the backdrop of urban life. Its lean runtime and focused plot suggest a gripping character study, likely delving into the moral complexities Arturo must navigate to save his son.
