THE BABY PROPOSAL

Cinemavixion Review

This charming romantic comedy, 'The Baby Proposal,' presents a delightful premise centered around two contrasting morning show hosts, Layla Bennett (Alexandra Chando) and Derek Dray (Mike Merrill). Their on-air dynamic, marked by Layla's spontaneity clashing with Derek's adherence to the script, sets the stage for an unexpected challenge: caring for a baby together. What begins as a dreaded assignment quickly evolves as they navigate the demands of parenthood alongside their careers. The film explores the burgeoning chemistry between Layla and Derek as they face sleepless nights and unpredictable schedules, questioning whether this shared experience might reveal a deeper connection they never anticipated. Directed by Ryan Richmond, the movie offers a lighthearted look at how unexpected circumstances can lead to surprising revelations about love and partnership.
