THE AMERICAN RIPPER

Cinemavixion Review

Chuck Morrongiello's 'The American Ripper' plunges viewers into a harrowing domestic nightmare. The film chronicles the terrifying descent of Bobby, a newlywed, into a psychotic killer, ensnaring his wife Lola in a brutal cycle of torture and violence. Morrongiello, who also stars in the film alongside Karolina Morrongiello and Shawn Genther, crafts a disturbing narrative that explores the fragility of sanity and the depths of human depravity. While the plot synopsis suggests a relentless onslaught of horror, the film's true strength lies in its unflinching portrayal of psychological disintegration. With a reported 4 wins and a 5.8 rating on IMDb, 'The American Ripper' appears to be a potent, albeit unsettling, entry into the psychological thriller genre, promising a chilling cinematic experience for those brave enough to witness its dark descent.
