THE 15-YEAR-OLD THAT K*LLED HIS TEACHER MID LESSON

Cinemavixion Review

This documentary delves into the disturbing case of William Cornick, a 15-year-old who committed a shocking act of violence by murdering his teacher during a lesson in April 2014. The narrative explores the seemingly ordinary background of the perpetrator, a child from a 'loving middle-class home,' highlighting the stark contrast between his upbringing and his heinous crime. It underscores the unprecedented nature of this event in Britain, marking the first time a teacher was killed within a classroom setting. The film confronts the grim reality of the sentencing, with Cornick receiving a life sentence and a minimum term of 20 years, leaving viewers to contemplate the profound implications of such a tragedy on education, society, and the justice system.
