TEHRANTO

Cinemavixion Review

Faran Moradi's "Tehranto" offers a poignant glimpse into the complexities of love and family within a divided Persian community in Toronto. The narrative centers on Badi and Sharon, two young students whose disparate backgrounds become irrelevant as they navigate an accidental romance. The film is painted with the vibrant hues of lively music and intricate textiles, creating an unlikely yet compelling story that explores themes of connection across cultural divides. With performances by Sammy Azero, Mo Zeighami, and Navid Negahban, "Tehranto" promises an engaging cinematic experience that celebrates love's power to transcend societal fragmentation.
