SUNDAY MORNINGS

Cinemavixion Review

Inda Reid's 'Sunday Mornings' offers a poignant and deeply personal exploration of familial bonds and resilience, presented through the eyes of its titular character. The narrative navigates the complexities of love and friendship with a raw authenticity, anchoring its emotional weight in the experiences of a Southern family. Courtney Arlett delivers a compelling performance, embodying the strength and vulnerability of Sunday's journey. Supported by Maria Acero and Michelle Acero, the film excels in portraying the often-turbulent, yet enduring, connections that shape our lives. Though perhaps understated, the film's heart-warming depiction of overcoming adversity and the unbreakable spirit of sisterhood makes it a commendable watch for those seeking intimate character-driven drama.
