SUDDEN FURY

Cinemavixion Review

Darren Ward's 1997 crime thriller, "Sudden Fury," plunges viewers into the cutthroat underworld of England's South Coast. The film centers on Randall and Jimmy, ambitious crime bosses eager to usurp their rivals. Their path to power becomes a treacherous game of double-crosses when they enlist the notorious hitman, Walker, portrayed by Nick Rendell. What begins as a calculated move to eliminate competition soon spirals into a violent quest for vengeance as Randall's betrayal of both Jimmy and Walker ignites a fiery pursuit. Rendell's performance as the legendary hitman anchors the narrative, driving the escalating conflict. While the film's premise echoes classic crime narratives, "Sudden Fury" offers a gritty exploration of ambition and the brutal consequences of betrayal within the criminal hierarchy.
