SPACE SHUTTLE: HUMAN TIME BOMB?

Cinemavixion Review

This documentary offers a stark and necessary examination of the Space Shuttle program's inherent risks, framed by the tragic Columbia disaster of 2003 and the earlier Challenger incident in 1986. It compellingly argues that political pressures and the compromises born of the Cold War era may have contributed to catastrophic design flaws, ultimately jeopardizing the lives of astronauts. Through insider perspectives and potentially archival audio, the film reconstructs the events leading to disaster, prompting viewers to consider the profound human cost of ambitious space exploration. It serves as a somber yet vital reminder of the delicate balance between innovation and safety in the pursuit of the stars.
