SNOWKISSED

Cinemavixion Review

In 'Snowkissed,' director Jeff Beesley crafts a charming romantic comedy that explores the allure of stepping outside one's comfort zone. Jen Lilley stars as Kate, a fastidious journalist whose professional aspirations lead her from the familiar bustle of Manhattan to the serene, snowy landscape of the mountains. Her assignment to interview a favorite author unexpectedly places her in the path of Noah, an adventurous aspiring tour guide played by Chris McNally. Their burgeoning connection challenges Kate's preconceived notions and prompts her to question whether her carefully constructed life might be missing a vital element. The film, released in 2021, offers a gentle narrative that resonates with themes of self-discovery and the unexpected places love can be found. While not a grand cinematic spectacle, 'Snowkissed' provides a heartwarming escape, buoyed by the chemistry between its leads and its picturesque winter setting.
