SNOWBEAST

Cinemavixion Review

Joseph Stefano's screenplay for "Snowbeast" crafts a chilling narrative set against the picturesque backdrop of a Colorado ski resort. Director Herb Wallerstein masterfully juxtaposes the serene winter landscape with escalating terror as a monstrous creature begins to prey on unsuspecting guests. The film, starring Sylvia Sidney, Yvette Mimieux, and Bo Svenson, effectively blends suspense with creature-feature elements. While the creature's true nature remains elusive, its relentless pursuit creates a palpable sense of dread. "Snowbeast" is a compelling watch for fans of classic horror, offering a tense cat-and-mouse game in an isolated, snowy environment where survival is far from guaranteed.
