SNAKE HOTEL

Cinemavixion Review

This direct-to-video thriller plunges viewers into a claustrophobic battle for survival, centering on a group of female inmates forced into a deadly game. The premise—a colossal, mutated snake lurking within a mysterious hotel—is pure exploitation B-movie fare, yet the execution aims for genuine suspense. The narrative effectively ratchets up the tension as the protagonists must rely on their wits and burgeoning solidarity to outmaneuver the relentless reptilian threat. While the production values are modest, the film's commitment to its high-concept horror premise, combined with a palpable sense of desperation from its cast, delivers a surprisingly engaging, if unpolished, creature feature experience. It’s a testament to the enduring appeal of the 'trapped with a monster' scenario, offering a brisk and often thrilling ride for fans of the genre.
