SHEPARD

Cinemavixion Review

Jourdan McClure's 2020 thriller, "Shepard," presents a taut narrative centered on the perilous encounter between a troubled adolescent and a magnetic, yet undeniably dangerous, stranger. The film, clocking in at a brisk 71 minutes, plunges viewers into a scenario where a single fateful meeting spirals into a catastrophic chain of events for all involved. While the film's IMDb rating stands at a modest 4.5/10, its strength lies in its focused execution of a suspenseful premise. "Shepard" is a concise exploration of how seemingly chance encounters can irrevocably alter destinies, making for an engaging, albeit bleak, cinematic experience.
