SHEBORG

Cinemavixion Review

"SheBorg" plunges viewers into a delightfully schlocky sci-fi premise where an extraterrestrial menace transforms Earthlings into cyborgs with a peculiar appetite for puppies. This Australian indie gem, directed by Daniel Armstrong, offers a unique blend of B-movie thrills and earnest storytelling. Kirsten Betts and Joshua Black anchor the film as two friends thrust into an unlikely battle against a monstrous hybrid. While the effects lean into the charmingly low-budget aesthetic, the film's B-movie spirit and imaginative concept are its greatest strengths. It's a testament to creative vision, proving that compelling narratives can thrive even without blockbuster budgets. An entertaining ride for fans of creature features and inventive sci-fi horror.
