SHE WATCHES BLINDLY

Cinemavixion Review

Bryan Tan's "She Watches Blindly" plunges into the harrowing psychological landscape of Beth Abrams, portrayed with a compelling vulnerability. The film masterfully explores the torment of an unwanted psychic ability, framing it not as a superpower but as a debilitating illness that fractures relationships and erodes sanity. As Beth grapples with the incessant stream of others' thoughts, particularly the cries of her infant, her life spirals into a desperate struggle for control. The arrival of a mysterious doctor offers a glimmer of hope, initiating a journey into confronting uncomfortable truths that promises to be both cathartic and potentially devastating. "She Watches Blindly" is a thought-provoking thriller that delves into the dark corners of the mind, questioning the very nature of connection and the price of self-discovery.
