SHARP AS MARBLES

Cinemavixion Review

"Sharp As Marbles" offers a charmingly simple premise centered on the endearing ineptitude of three video store employees. The film navigates the misadventures of Albert and his equally dim-witted companions, George and Ernie, as they stumble through life. Director John Banovich masterfully captures the comedic essence of their 'blind leading the blind' scenarios, ensuring a lighthearted and often hilarious viewing experience. While the plot may not delve into complex themes, the genuine camaraderie between the lead actors, including Adam Gregory, Sean Owen Roberts, and Simeon Taole, provides a solid foundation for the comedy. This 2008 Canadian production is a testament to the enduring appeal of straightforward, character-driven humor, making it a delightful watch for those seeking uncomplicated entertainment.
